Vitolda Sofija Glebuvienė: The Process of Change from Teaching to Interaction Paradigm

The article analyses a scientific pedagogical heritage of Vitolda Sofija Glebuvienė who is a longevous lecturer at Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences. The article reveals and generalize fundamental scientific interests of V. S. Glebuvienė – from a priority attention to the early development of a child’s language to a systemic attention to a child’s communication competences in the context of (self-)education and teacher training. The scientific theme by V. S. Glebuvienė is revealed in the context of transition from teaching to interaction paradigm, as well as scientific insights of persistent value are also being emphasized.
