This study aims to investigate the role of principal’s leadership toward teacher’s performance, as well as to examine the role of school facilities and student’s achievements. Using structural equation modeling, the findings indicate that the principal’s leadership plays a pivotal role in explaining teacher’s performance and school facilities. However, this study noted that both teacher’s performance and school facilities cannot be act as a mediator variable.
