Abstract

At the beginning of Twentieth Century in the field of vocational training we can notice new tendencies. Firstly, vocational training is assessed as one of the most important tools to take root in a emerging modern society and to gain a solid social status. After 1905 wide spectrum of societal organizations – from municipal institutions to charitable societies began to care of the new possibilities of vocational training. Secondly, vocational training had lost its significance as a mark of the one exceptional social group, because the institutions of vocational training connected the representatives from different social groups.
