The contribution of the AI-powered Audemy platform to the musical skills of visually impaired individuals

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of the AI-powered Audemy platform to the musical skills of visually impaired individuals. In this qualitative study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight students aged 13–20 who had been using Audemy for at least three months. Data were analyzed using content and descriptive analysis, and positive effects on accessibility, motivation, technical skills, and independent learning were identified.
