Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the effect of nurses’ organizational belonging perceptions on their intrapreneurship levels in family health centers in Diyarbakır. Using survey data from 92 nurses and parametric hypothesis testing, the findings reveal that psychological ownership, internal status, and identification significantly influence intrapreneurship. The results offer strategic insights for healthcare managers seeking to enhance innovative behaviors.
