Abstract

Family policy in Lithuania is related to the EU welfare goals and aspirations is quite young, with many contradictions, innovations, changes in family and child welfare. The efforts of the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania alone, the projects being implemented and the work done indicate a straight line, but we are not seeing any significant changes either in Lithuania or in the municipalities. What hinders the movement, the mechanism of this mechanism, which is ineffective in the system? I will explain this at municipal level, the smallest administrative unit.
