As the public's knowledge of food quality, safety, and freshness grows, FSCM is under growing pressure to satisfy these standards. How can present FSCM be upgraded and transformed to meet the ever-increasing demands of the future? This paper provides an up-to-date review of FSCM systems, implementations, and global movements.
