KEY PROBLEMS OF STORAGE PROCESSES AND SOLUTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

Due to the abundance of complex storage processes, a research problem arises - what are the most appropriate solutions to the problems of storage processes? The aim of the research is to identify the problems of warehousing processes and to determine their possible solutions. The object of the research is the problems of storage processes. There were applied such research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, questionnaire survey. The results of the research showed that the main problems of storage processes in the company "X" are congestion of transport vehicles, violations of delivery deadlines and lack of automated equipment. Proposed warehousing process improvement solutions: warehousing process management system and GoRamp software and lifting equipment, AMR mobile robot for various goods.
