MAIN PROBLEMS AND POSSIBILITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF STORAGE PROCESS MANAGEMENT AS AN EXAMPLE OF ,,X“ COMPANY

Abstract

A practical problem of research. Complex warehousing management processes and their abundance raise the main problem - which efficient methods are the most appropriate to manage warehousing processes? The purpose of the research is to identify possible solutions after identifying the problems of the warehousing management processes of the "X" company. The object of the study is the management problems of storage processes. Applied research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, company data analysis. The results of the study showed that the main problems in the management of warehousing processes in company "X" are late pickings of orders, non-compliance with established deadlines and lack of advanced technologies. Storage process management improvement solutions are offered: implementation of a storage process management system, implementation of a transport planning system, updating storage equipment and apply automation.
