The aviation component logistics sector is distinguished by high requirements for reliability, speed and service quality, because aircraft component transportation processes affect aircraft maintenance activities and customer satisfaction. In the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) sector, component delivery delays can cause significant financial losses and operational disruptions. For this reason, aviation transport companies must make practical strategic decisions focused on increasing the efficiency of logistics processes and meeting customer needs. In order to ensure the expediency of these decisions, it is necessary to evaluate them. In view of this, the aim of the article is to theoretically substantiate the criteria for evaluating strategic decisions aimed at better meeting the needs of aviation component transportation service users. The study applied systematic analysis and logical analysis of scientific literature. Based on scientific research on logistics, strategic management and service quality, the main criteria that affect the efficiency of transportation processes were identified. The results of the study revealed that for the evaluation of strategic decisions in the aviation logistics sector it is necessary to apply a complex system of criteria, covering economic, operational, technological and customer service aspects. The criteria system and conceptual model presented in the article can be used for evaluating strategic decisions in aviation component transport and logistics organizations.
