The field experiment was carried out at VDU Agricultural Academy Experimental Station (54°52′ N, 23°49′ E) in 2022. The soil was a deeper clayey saturated loess (Endohipogleyic-Eutric Planasol).
The object of the research is the hybrid variety 'Cultus' winter rapeseed (Brassica napus ssp. Oleifera).
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the influence of nitrogen, potassium, and sulfur fertilizers on the productivity of winter rapeseed.
Research objectives: to determine the winter rape seeds yield and the elements of the yield structure.
The field tests were carried out in 3 repetitions, the fields were arranged randomly. Research data was processed by the method of variance analysis, using the computer program ANOVA from the program package: "Selekcija".
As a result of the research, it was found that the essential maximum (4.75 t ha-1) yield of winter rape seeds was determined when winter rape was fertilized with TR3. In other cases of fertilization (TR2 and TR4), the yield of winter rape seeds also significantly increased compared to the control. The highest productivity of the winter rapeseed plant (20.4 g) was determined when fertilizing using TR 3. When applying the TR1 and TR2 fertilization plans, no significant changes in plant productivity were found. The highest (4.9 g) mass of 1000 seeds of winter rapeseed were when nitrogen and sulfur fertilizers were applied twice (TR3).
