In today's architecture and construction environment, with globalized markets, increased competition and increasingly complex relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and employees, organizations find that they must innovate to survive and succeed. Innovation can be seen as the successful use of new ideas (Egbu, 1998). In architecture and construction, new technologies can take the form of processes, management and leadership principles, products, technologies, and markets.
After conducting a literature analysis and conducting a survey of experts, the aim was to understand the existing problems of companies providing architectural design services. Based on the selection of strategic methods and the application of technological innovations, the aim was to find answers to eliminate those problems. A methodology is proposed, which allows to carry out additional activities of the company successfully and profitably after introducing new and advanced principles of company management and offering new construction planning and maintenance services.
After reorganizing the architectural services company into a company with a wider range of services based on the newly proposed methodology, the company's economic indicators improved - gross and net profits, increased productivity, and improved communication within the company and with customers. This significantly accelerated the speed and efficiency of decision-making.
