Examining the narcissistic personality traits and self-efficacy levels of football coaches according to their artificial intelligence usage situations

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the narcissistic personality traits and self-efficacy levels of coaches approved by the Turkish Football Federation during the 2024–2025 season. Tests indicate that young coaches exhibit more narcissistic tendencies, while middle aged coaches exhibit higher coaching self-efficacy. Coaches with little to moderate coaching experience exhibit more narcissistic traits, while coaches with moderate coaching experience exhibit higher coaching self-efficacy.
