Business logistics is an essential element in modern supply chain systems, ensuring the effective movement of goods, services, and information between and within businesses. Globalization and technological development have significantly influenced logistics operations, creating new challenges for organizations in maintaining operational efficiency and competitiveness. The aim of this study is to analyze the role of innovation in business logistics, focusing on technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency and supply chain performance.  The research is based on the analysis of scientific literature related to logistics innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable supply chain management. The findings indicate that modern technologies, such as automation systems, artificial intelligence, and digital logistics platforms, enhance transparency, improve decision-making processes, and increase operational efficiency. The study concludes that the implementation of innovative logistics solutions enables organizations to improve operational performance and strengthen competitiveness in global markets.
