Abstract

This article theoretically reveals the impact of agribusiness on soil and the potential of innovative practices focused on sustainability. Based on published scientific articles and reports, the aim was to assess the impact of technological and managerial innovations on soil, ecosystems and agricultural sustainability. The aim of the article is to analyze the negative impact of agribusiness on the environment and present innovative solutions to achieve agricultural sustainability. The results showed that innovative solutions, such as precision sowing, targeted spraying, autonomous machinery, more drought-resistant hybrids, biological soil improvement solutions and digital management tools, reduce soil degradation, optimize resource use, increase yield stability and contribute to reducing the impact of climate change. Managerial innovations, including strategic planning, cooperative development, marketing practices and human capital management, ensure the effective implementation of technologies and contribute to the long-term sustainability of agribusiness. The study shows that agricultural sustainability is a complex process that requires the parallel application of technological and managerial innovations that allow reducing negative environmental impacts, increasing the competitiveness of the sector and ensuring long-term food security. The findings emphasize that the integration of innovations into agricultural activities is an essential tool for creating environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture.
