Currently, the Lithuanian electricity distribution operator "ESO" serves more than 1.8 million electricity consumers. The measurement accuracy of electricity meters is a relevant topic in modern society. There is a lot of discussion in the public space about the fact that you get higher bills after replacing the old electricity meter with a smart one. The purpose of this study is to investigate the measurement errors of electricity meters operated in the Lithuanian electricity network, in the presence of various network parameters. The study was carried out with the STM4000 meter metrological stand. During the study, the mains voltage was changed from 170 V to 260 V, the power factor was changed from 0.5 to 1, as well as the current strength was changed from 1 A to 21 A and the mains frequency from 48 Hz to 51 Hz. It was established that the change in network parameters does not have a significant impact on electronic meters, the calculation errors do not exceed the permissible limit (1%). Changes in the voltage and frequency of the power grid have the greatest influence on the errors of the inductive electricity meter.
