ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURAL LAND MARKET IN ALYTUS COUNTY

Abstract

This article presents the market price of agricultural land in Alytus County and the analysis of its determining factors. Land is the main tool to ensure the production of agricultural products, so it is one of the main criteria for choosing an agricultural plot for agricultural activities. When choosing a plot of agricultural land, it is important to analyze the factors that determine its price, it is also very important to pay attention to the productivity score, granulometric composition and infrastructure nearby. The paper summarizes the literature review and provides a brief presentation of the study.
