This study evaluates how the selected recreational areas in the Kurtuvėnai Regional Park are adapted for recreational activities and aims to determine the available heritage and other significant objects for visiting the land holdings plans. Recreational areas were inspected and evaluated on site. Zones were selected for ranking by PROMETHEE software. This program determined that Geluva and Bubiai recreational zones are best suited for recreation, Pašvinio is the most suitable zone. While studying the plans of the land holdings for attractions, the Vainagiai mound, located in the Kurtuvėnai Regional Park, was chosen. The land reform land management projects that were prepared in the Vainagiai cadastral area were analyzed. According to these land reform projects in the Vainagiai cadastral area, it was determined that there was always a road for the approach to the Vainagiai mound, but this was not distinguished in the first land reform land management projects. Since 2002 In the approved plan "Addition of land management project for the land reform of the Vainagiai cadastral area in the remaining vacant land fund", a servitude road has already been marked, which allows visitors to reach this object. This road is also marked in the land plot plans. Therefore, it can be said that tourists and local visitors are able to reach the analyzed object.
