Abstract

A rolling bearing is one of the most important components in various mechanisms. Unexpected bearing failures can cause significant material damage to the device. In order to avoid such accidents, it is very important to identify bearing defects at the initial stage of their damage. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the operating factors of the device (temperature and roller compression force) on the durability of roller bearings without disassembling the unit using the vibroanalysis method. A stand designed for testing the technical condition of the roller bearings of the longitudinal film adhesive seam of the packaging device "HFFS SCORPION BS RS MEDIUM". Measurements were made using Adash A4900 vibrio M equipment. Demodulated FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) results were considered to investigate the bearing used in the device assembly and bench: FFT device spectrum with RMS(g) amplitude and roller axis rotation speed of 570 rpm. It was found that reducing the temperature of the rollers to 75℃, and increasing the compression force between the rollers to 502 N, while maintaining the rotation speed of the axis at 570 rpm, there is a noticeable reduction in vibration, which can increase the durability of the bearings.
