The vegetation experiment was performed at the Soil and Crop Ecology Laboratory of the Experimental Station of VDU and in the greenhouse of the Joint Research Center for Open Land Access and Forests to evaluate the effect of biological preparations on meat and bone meal pellets on biometric indicators and soil properties. The experiment was started and Chinese shrubs were sown in vegetation pots in 2021. The height of Chinese shots was significantly increased by MKMG-treated Bio1 in the third phase of the study and their height was 20%. higher than the height of bastins grown in soil with MKMG without biological preparations. In all other cases of the study, biological preparations tended to reduce the biometric parameters studied in the aboveground part of the shingles. With the biological preparation Bio1 granules significantly increased the electrical conductivity of the soil in vegetation pots without plants at all stages of the study compared to this soil in which the plants grew. MKMG without biological preparations at all stages of the study resulted in the highest total phosphorus content in the soil MKMG with the biological preparation Bio2 significantly reduced the total potassium content in all phases of the study compared to the potassium content in the soil where the biological preparation was not used. The highest moisture was in the second stage of the study in the soil with plants and with MKMG without preparations, and the temperature was significantly higher in the soil with plants and with MKMG and preparations Bio2. MKMG treated with biological preparations Bio1 and Bio2 significantly (P <0.05) reduced the total nitrogen content in the soil at all stages of the study.
