Abstract

The field experiment was set up in 2021 on April 16. The experiment was performed at the Experimental Station of the Agricultural Academy of Vytautas Magnus University. The experiment was performed in neutral (pHKCl 6.8), high phosphorus (226.6 mg kg-1 P2O5), medium potash (105.0 mg kg-1 K2O), medium humus (2.33%) soils. The study aims to evaluate the effect of prototypes of biological preparations on photosynthetic parameters of spring wheat. The chlorophyll index was measured on the leaves of thirty plants of each variant field with the chlorophyll index meter “CCM - 200 plus”. Assimilation leaf area was measured with a Win Dias leaf area meter (Delta-T Devices Lts, UK). The dry matter content of the wheat was drying them at 105 ° C in a MEMERT oven to constant weight. The average dry matter (SM) content of wheat is converted to a percentage. Biological preparations increased the chlorophyll index but had no significant effect. The biological preparation Balance had the greatest positive effect on the chlorophyll index. The maximum assimilation area of wheat leaves was determined using Balance + HumiExtract biological preparations. The use of Balance + Humiextract increased the assimilation leaf area of wheat compared to the leaf area of wheat grown without biologics. The use of prototypes of biological preparations in the cultivation of spring wheat has tended to increase the dry matter content of wheat stalks during the flowering stage.
