To pull through this study two different models have been used. For exigency regarding our objectives, data of 36 ranging from 1981 -2016 years has been conjured up for the BRICS countries. The findings of this study have brought forth the theory from the oblivion that transport infrastructure and telecommunication infrastructure brings about positive impact on economic growth as compare to energy infrastructure. Nevertheless the policymakers of BRIC countries ought to have pondered over the policies of physical as well as social infrastructure. This study also promulgates that in these new times where technology leads the way, there is a dire need to put the might of policymakers behind the telecommunication infrastructure as the future will draw opulence in this sector.
Bilal Hussain, Syed Asif Ali Naqvi, Muhammad Sohail Amjad Makhdum, Syed Ale Raza Shah Copyright (c) 2019 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/331 Sun, 06 Oct 2019 00:00:00 +0300 PROSPECTS FOR ORGANIC PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT IN THE MARKET ENVIRONMENT https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/322

Research into sustainable consumption behavior is becoming increasingly relevant, requiring a deeper understanding of this phenomenon. The findings of previous studies have revealed the inconsistency of consumer behavior between the intention and a real action. The aim of the study is to identify research trends of attitude-behavior gap, to analyze the most commonly consumer behavioral theories and to provide a theoretical consumer attitude-behavior gap model that reveals the influence factors. Research Methodology: review of scientific articles from the last twenty years, evaluating the theoretical aspects of the sustainable consumer behavior gap between intention and action. The information is grouped and structured in order to determine the theoretical directions of the sustainable consumption attitude - behavior gap and to provide a theoretical summary of this phenomenon. Based on the theoretical analysis, a conceptual sustainable consumption attitude - behavior gap model is created that reveals the influence factors.

Aistė Čapienė Copyright (c) 2019 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/333 Sun, 06 Oct 2019 23:27:38 +0300 FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS OF WAREHOUSING LOGISTICS IN UKRAINIAN AIC https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/335
The article deals with the main mechanisms of management of storage logistics of AIC at the national level. The system of AIC warehouse management logistics contains five main mechanisms: the organizational mechanism of warehouse management, the mechanism of financial flows management, the mechanism of management of information flows, the mechanism of controlling the processes of storage and the mechanism of risk management.

An effective mechanism of warehouse logistics management is introduced. It requires a comprehensive conceptual and methodical approach to its evaluation. In the developed method, based on the system characteristics of the warehouse operation, account was taken: the policy of their use, the coordination and administration of flows, the impact of warehousing risks on economic activity.

The analysis of the peculiarities of activity of agroindustrial enterprises, operating on the principles of logistic approach, is carried out, form integrated internal relations between raw material producers and their processors.

The developed mechanisms of warehouse logistics management, together with mathematical calculations, create a synergistic effect from their implementation. The purpose of the article is to implement two interrelated approaches towards education funding rules formalization with an emphasis on the ‘idea of the rule’ and on the … quantitative assessment of the density of relations between variables. The actual formalization of the rules was regarded by the authors as a substantiation - theoretical and econometric - of the links between endogenous variables, which in this study are indicators of education financing, and exogenous variables. Macroeconomic, resource, innovation indicators are considered as exogenous variables. Three equations have been obtained. They are interpreted as guidelines for the government's action plan, respectively, for certain changes initiated in the education funding process
Iryna Radionova, Vira Usyk Copyright (c) 2019 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/341 Sun, 06 Oct 2019 23:31:46 +0300 ECOLOGIZATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS ON THE PRINCIPLES OF GLOСALIZATION https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/379
The success of the country's economic policy depends on successful combination of the global world trends and national / regional peculiarities of economic development. The implementation of the principles of glocalization to the regional innovation policy is able to overcome the limited local approach and negative global manifestations, thus creating a unique, globally competitive innovative product. In the innovation sphere, processes of glocalization manifest themselves in the complementarity of local factors of innovative development, in particular, the unique innovation environment, human and social capital, with global factors of innovative development. We propose to consider processes of ecologization of innovative development of the region as a catalyst for the processes of market gloсalization, which will promote sustainable development of the regional economy. The aim of this work is to explore scientific approaches to ecologization of innovation development, which will determine the direction, peculiarities and nature of the processes of glocalization, and will be their modern accelerator. The research methodology is systematization of approaches to the direction of innovation processes for the development, creation and implementation of innovations in the form of new products, technology, method, form of production organization, etc., which directly or indirectly contributes to reducing the environmentally destructive effects of production and consumption on the environment and solving environmental problems. Results of the research. The final result of ecologization of innovation activity in the region is a positive socio-ecological and economic effect, which ensures balanced sustainable development of the region and the state as a whole. Thus, the modern accelerator of the glocalization of economic processes is the ecologization of innovation development, in the nature of which there are incentives for self-development, reproduction, generation of innovative ideas, production of new technologies, goods and services, ensuring the balancing of the socio-ecological and economic potential of the region and the country as a whole, which determines the direction, peculiarities and nature of the processes of glocalization.
Olena Hetman, Olga Iermakova, Oleksandr Laiko, Oksana Nikishyna Copyright (c) 2019 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/379 Sun, 06 Oct 2019 23:33:47 +0300 CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO INTRODUCE AN INTEGRATED MODEL IMPROVING SMEs E-BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/381
As a result of the established state of the studied group of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the Republic of Bulgaria, specific problems have been observed in the existing practices related to the functioning and maintenance of the specialized information and communication systems and e-business technologies.
