As a result, we carried out a pilot qualitative study based on maintenance guides administered to hotel owners in the rural town of Asni, seeking to collect their opinions on tourist perceptions of the quality of service provided by the contact staff, with the aim of identifying the needs of tourists and their expectations, thus arousing satisfaction, loyalty and possibly their socially responsible behavior. Regarding the verification of our research hypotheses, we carried out a quantitative study based on questionnaires, administered to solidarity tourists, who come as part of a solidarity trip with tour operators, who guarantee respect for the environment of the places visited and which finance development projects for the benefit of the local population. This research brings many answers to questions that have been raised about the concept of perceived quality and socially responsible behavior. The study helped at least to shed light on certain components and dimensions of service and their importance in the perception by the tourist solidarity.
Youssef Makloul, Jaouad Chaabt, Rasa Pranskunienė Copyright (c) 2020 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/344 Mon, 13 Apr 2020 23:55:03 +0300 THE INFLUENCE OF MARKET RISKS UPON THE AGRIBUSINESS VALUE https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/400
The activities of agro enterprises are those referred to the riskiest types of entrepreneurship, because there exists certain dependence on the risks of production activities and market risks, especially marketing risks and price risks, each of the above mentioned has its own specific manifestation and impact on the company value in this sector. The aim of the study is to define methods for assessing the impact of market risks on the agribusiness value. Farmers do not normally pay attention to market risks and do not analyze the types of products that increase their company value. This problem can be solved by using the ABC-analysis of the agricultural product mix, the "sales as a contribution to reimbursement" analysis, the introduction of a restricting system on the use of valuable natural resources, and diversification.

The use of economic and mathematical methods allows us to find a rational production structure of an agricultural enterprise, to calculate the optimal structure of its crop area or an area of a separate group of agricultural crops.
Inna Riepina, Nataliia Chukhraieva, Eckhard Kehrein Copyright (c) 2020 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/400 Tue, 14 Apr 2020 10:39:16 +0300 REURBANIZATION AS A SOLUTION OF SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/445
Relying on the priority of sustainable territorial development as a basis for long-term growth is a time-consuming and strategic approach for the global community. In agriculture, productivity largely depends on the soil condition. Due to excessive tillage, deficit balance of humus and nutrients, lack of organic matter and mineral fertilizers, chemical meliorants, pollution, soil Ukraine under current conditions continues to degrade. On the decline of soil fertility also shows a negative balance of humus and nutrients. The problem protection of land, the struggle against degradation now rose to the level of major, global. To protect land measures in regions of Ukraine is very actual in our time. The purpose: analysis of changes in the state of Ukraine land resources for recent years, estimation the processes of droughts and desertification, that generate water and wind erosion, which causes degradation of soil fertility and reduces the productivity of agroecosystems. Methodology: for determining the sources of the negative processes of water and wind erosion, used comparisons and analysis of statistical data for recent years by choosing the main agrosystem parameters. In the article used a structural analysis, based on the dynamics of the distribution of Ukraine land resources for the estimation of economic use by using the coefficients of economic stability and anthropogenic load. Findings. Due to the large-scale intensification of agriculture production, the land area with various types of degradation has increased significantly. Factors, that deterioration of land quality, and hence increase their degradation, are excessive moisturizing, waterlogging, salinity, acidification, deflation, water erosion, and alkalization. To prevention the process of soil degradation and economic losses, to improving the environment as a whole, it is necessary to realize the complex measures of ecologization of agriculture.

Marián Kováč, Viktor Moshynskyi, Ievgenii Gerasimov, Oleg Pinchuk, Serhii Kunytskyi Copyright (c) 2020 Management Theory and Studies for Rural Business and Infrastructure Development https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/772 Sun, 19 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0300 SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES IN POLISH ENTERPRISES OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY https://ejournals.vdu.lt/index.php/mtsrbid/article/view/775
Environmental degradation results, among others, from the production activities of enterprises.
